Ateneum Art Museum graphics from 2014 onwards

I've been working in the Finnish National Gallery as the graphic designer for the Ateneum Art Museum since 2014. Within that time the logo of the museum has slightly – but of course significantly for a graphic designer – changed more than 4 times and the typography once – if you're wondering, browsing this little timeline of mine...
Ateneum's business cards. Each staff member can choose up to three works of art from the collection to be portrayed on their business card. Mine is a detail from my favourite artist, Hugo Simberg's The Garden of Death, which I also have tattooed on my arm.
Brand new gallery guide design, 2019. Gallery guides are published in three different languages and cover layouts. The pages inside mimic the colours of the walls in the exhibition.

Brochures. Usually pictures from the current exhibition are portrayed on the covers, which makes it impossible to publish online due to copyright restrictions. On this cover is a detail from Jays (1877) by Ferdinand von Wright (Ateneum, coll. Granberg, shot by Hanne Pakarinen from) The Finnish National Gallery.

Japanomania and Rodin exhibitions, 2016. The Japanomania logo was designed by Juha Saxberg at Superson.
Before the Stories of Finnish Art exhibition and its extensive wall texts in 2016, the museum had laminated sheets of paper telling more about the most loved works of art in the collection display. These were often stolen :D
